Our Vulnerable Customer Community Team have been out and about raising awareness of our support services and schemes, at a variety of events across Wales this month.

February was another busy month for the Vulnerable Customer Community Team. We’ve enjoyed being at many different types of events and venues helping so many of our customers with the support services we have available.

Cooking on a budget event
In May we held our first "Cooking on a budget" Cost of living event in Rhyl.

In May, we headed to lots of community groups, foodbanks, Police surgeries and even Westminster!

We visited Denbighshire, Conwy and Flintshire attending cost of living events and support groups, providing support through our mobile hub “Vera” the van.
