The Water Health Partnership (WHP) was established in 2006 after an event that brought together water and health experts from Wales and Herefordshire.
The event identified the need for a cross-sectoral and cross-border network that could address the emerging and complex challenges of water management and public health.
Since then, the WHP has grown into a vibrant and diverse community of practice that fosters collaboration, innovation, and learning among its members and partners. Click on the Partners tab to find out which stakeholders are part of the Water Health Partnership.
Steering Group
The WHP is led by a steering group that represents various stakeholders and disciplines related to water health. The steering group meet quarterly and oversees the strategic direction and operational activities of the WHP, and ensures that the network remains relevant, responsive, and inclusive.
