Tracey Jones
Customer Vulnerability Community Advisor
I live at home with my husband, daughter and two cats and I love spending time with family and friends. I have a passion for musical theatre, going on holiday both in the UK & abroad and volunteer for my local Rainbow and Brownie Girlguiding Group. I also enjoy being involved in charity work and have raised money over the years for many different charities.
As a Specialist Support Community Officer, my role has evolved to combine both face to face and virtual support for customers and partner organisations. I am passionate about making a meaningful difference, and through strong communication and effective collaboration, I work closely with Housing Associations, Debt Advice Agencies, charitable organisations, and the DWP.
A key part of my work involves delivering support through our REACH programme, which empowers partner organisations to help their clients reduce their water bills, clear arrears, and gain access to essential assistance through our Priority Services Register.
Alongside partnership work, I provide direct customer support within the community at places such as support groups, Foodbanks, Job Centres, and through referral calls. My focus is always on building trusted relationships, improving access to help, and ensuring individuals receive the guidance they need.
