As of 10:00 on Monday 29th July 2024, we are advising all customers in the X area to boil their tap water with immediate effect and before using it for any drinking or cooking purposes.
This is in place until further notice. Customers in other areas are unaffected.

We are doing all we can to get your water supply back to normal as quickly as possible, in the meantime, please talk to your neighbours and make sure everyone is aware of this advice.
We are working with the UK Health Security Agency and other public health partners to urgently investigate and eliminate the source. “We apologise for the inconvenience caused and will continue to keep customers and businesses updated. Bottled water stations will be set up in the affected areas as soon as possible.”
